Allied Health Group
The challenge A growing allied health group operating across six clinic locations was making resourcing and financial decisions based on monthly spreadsheet exports from three separate practice management systems. By the time the reports reached leadership, the data was weeks old and frequently inconsistent the same metric calculated differently in each clinic's export. There was no single view of patient throughput, revenue per practitioner, appointment utilisation, or wait times across the group. When the group began evaluating acquisition targets, they realised they couldn't even clearly benchmark their own performance. Leadership knew they needed better visibility. They didn't know whether the problem was a reporting problem, a data problem, or a systems problem. It turned out to be all three.
